We encourage applications from all sections of the community.

Role: Legal Empowerment for Redbridge Residents: Employment Rights, including assisting clients at Employment Tribunals.

At present, CAR is relatively small, with an income of £300k. Despite that, we see disproportionately many clients and our externally checked quality of advice scores are very high. The main problems we deal with relate to housing, debt, welfare and employment. The need is growing, and with the help of a 1-year grant from Trust for London we can develop to better meet that need.

The selected person will be expected to give advice to those clients from within CAR and the Redbridge Advice Network needing it.

The successful candidate will be an experienced advisor up to tribunal and representation level.

The full-time equivalent salary is in the range of £26,284 to £28,105
