Reporting to the Director this new post works closely with staff and volunteers across the organisation to effectively deliver support to our work. The post holder will take the lead on administration, facilities and health and safety and provide support to trustees and Director on governance, HR and communications.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A level or equivalent level 3 qualification
  • Significant experience of working in administration including maintaining a range of records accurately and efficiently
  • Experience of proposing and implementing changes to processes to systemise routine tasks
