Royal Mail Quality of Service results quarter 1 2015-16
The Quality of Service results are on the whole good and are very similar to the results for the same Quarter last year.
First and Second Class is exactly the same at 93% and 99% respectively.
Special Delivery is 0.2% worse than the same period last year at 98.7%.
2 more Post Code Areas (PCAs) failed to meet the 91.5% target compared to the same Quarter last year making 14 in total.
One Standard that has dropped was USO Outgoing EU Services D+3. The performance last year for Quarter 1 was 92% but this year it has dropped to 87.3%, yet it still met its target of 85%.

- Dundee (DD) 87.2
- Derby (DE) 90.7
- Durham (DH) 90.6
- Gloucester (GL) 90.6
- Ipswich (IP) 91.2
- Inverness (IV) 90.7
- Kirkcaldy (KY) 90.6
- North West London (NW) 90.1
- Salisbury (SP) 90.6)
- Sunderland (SR) 90.0
- Southend-on-Sea (SS) 90.4
- Torquay (TQ) 91.0
- Worcester (WR) 91.0
