Royal Mail Quality of Service results quarter 2 2014-15

Overall, Royal Mail’s 2014-15 quarter 2 results are meeting the target for Quality of Service.

In quarter 2, 2014-15, 11 postcode areas failed to meet the 91.5% target. They were as follows:

  • Bath (BA) 89.1
  • Bristol (BS) 89.3
  • Colchester (CO) 90.4
  • Darlington (DL) 89.9
  • Doncaster (DN) 90.3
  • Harrogate (HG) 91.1
  • Southend on Sea (SS) 90.9
  • Taunton (TA) 86.8
  • Truro (TR) 91.4
  • Teeside (89.6)
  • Wakefield (WF) 89.6

Only Bristol (BS) and Taunton (TA) failed in the same Quarter in 2013-14. The other 10 PCAs Cardiff (CF), Huddersfield (HD), Ilford (IG), North Wales (LL), Nottingham (NG), Newport (NP), Oxford (OX), Peterborough (PE), Reading (RG), SW London (SW) that failed last year have all improved significantly.
