Royal Mail Quality of Service results quarter 3 2014-15

In quarter 3, 2014-15, 38 postcode areas failed to meet the 91.5% target. They were as follows:

  • Bath (BA) 90.3
  • Bradford (BD) 90.9
  • Bournemouth (BH) 90.6
  • Brighton (BN) 90.5
  • Bristol (BS) 90.7
  • Cambridge (CB) 91.4
  • Colchester (CO) 91.0
  • Dartford (DA) 91.2
  • Dundee (DD) 91.2
  • Durham (DH) 90.9
  • Doncaster (DN) 89.7
  • London East (E) 90.5
  • Exeter (EX) 89.2
  • Gloucester (GL) 89.5
  • Huddersfield (HD) 90.6
  • Inverness (IV) 90.8
  • Llandrindod Wells (LD) 88.6
  • Leicester (LE) 91.4
  • North Wales (LL) 90.6
  • Nottingham (NG) 88.7
  • Newport (NP)  90.6
  • Oxford (OX) 89.1
  • Plymouth )PL( 88.6
  • Redhill (RH) 90.7
  • Swansea (SA) 90.2
  • Stevenage (SG) 91.3

Bournemouth (BH), Huddersfield (HD), Leicester (LE), Oxford (OX), Swansea (SW) and Taunton (TA) failed in the same Quarter in 2013-14.

The other 12 PCAs Coventry & Warwickshire (CV), Crewe (CW), Dorchester (DT), Ipswich (IP), Liverpool (L), Oldham (OL), Perth (PH), Southend-on-Sea (SS), Teeside (TS), Watford (WD), Walsall (WS), and York (YO) that failed last year have all improved significantly.
