We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic and adaptable person to support the provision of administrative duties for Citizens Advice East Lindsey. A key part of the role will be to provide quality front of house services including answering the phone, transferring calls, booking appointments and supporting the day to day administrative activities in the service.

The ability to support the team to work to a high standard with attention to detail is essential as is the ability to use a range of IT packages, including word, excel and other management information systems.
