To provide a high-level customer service and administrative function for various projects. The Administrative and Client Care Officer is a dedicated client contact role which includes support to clients and all staff teams as required

For this role your application should demonstrate:

• confidence in dealing with numbers

• MS Word and Excel skills

• a confident telephone manner

Location: North Shields and/or Wallsend Town Centres with good transport links

• an ability to cope with the needs and challenges of vulnerable and/or difficult client

• experience of working towards deadlines in a fast-paced environment
