Salary: £22,434 - £24,717 pa pro rata (Trainee £20,445 pro rata) plus 5% pension contribution

Hours per week: 30 - 37 Hours

Citizens Advice Swindon is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our team of Advice Session Supervisors. Swindon is a busy office with three premises across the town. We also operate an information point within Swindon’s charity hub in Sanford House as a front door to services in the town.

You will need recent and ongoing experience in an advice giving role and experience of quality monitoring. However, we will consider offering this as a trainee position for the right candidate with recent and ongoing experience of delivering welfare advice at a generalist level.

You will be supervising and supporting both volunteers and paid staff on a daily basis as well as managing the practicalities of our day to day advice and information sessions at one of our premises. You will need to be a confident, pro-active problem solver who remains calm in a very busy environment.
