Citizens Advice Greenwich is a member of the Citizens Advice Service. We help people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free information and advice, and by influencing policy makers.

The service provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to the Royal Borough of Greenwich citizens on their rights and responsibilities. Our bureau values diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination.

We wish to recruit a senior adviser for the generalist service and two debt advisers for Greenwich Money Advice Service, to provide advice and casework to people in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.

Our service is based in Woolwich and provides outreach advice at community venues across the Boroughs, such as at Children's Centres.

You will need knowledge and experience of providing advice and casework including dealing with multiple debts and income maximisation.

Interviews are likely to take place on 16th January 2018.

Every local Citizens Advice is a registered charity. Different application procedures are adopted by individual local Citizens Advice. Contact the relevant one as outlined in the information about this role. You should not send an application form to national Citizens Advice.
