Citizens Advice Greater Manchester (CAGM) is a new consortium formed by the

partnership of eight local Citizens Advice services that cover the ten local authority areas of GM. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to lead on the development of the organisation and build a regional portfolio of work and strategic relationships that support and enhance those of the local offices.

As Director, you will be responsible for the development of CAGM ensuring that it is best placed to take on GM wide opportunities, developing relationships with potential partners and raising the profile with evidenced based research and campaigns.

You will work closely with the Trustee Board and Chief Officers of the local services.

To take the charity forward you will be highly self-motivated with a strong sense of mission and vision. You will have significant experience of project management, strategy development, business planning, evaluation, monitoring and meeting challenging performance targets and a proven track record of identifying, influencing and successfully managing strategic partnerships and relationships. 

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with demonstrable experience of working with many diverse and key stakeholders.
