This role will support, train and manage volunteers in order to meet telephone contact centre client demands within the quality standards required by Citizens Advice Membership.

This role works with a job share partner who will cover Monday and Tuesday each week.

Candidates must be willing and flexible to cover holidays/sickness for the other job share partner (working Mondays and Tuesdays), throughout the year, as required. An additional 15 hours (2 days) will be paid when such cover is necessary.
