About the role
Join us as a Resettlement Service Lead and take responsibility for managing the Hampshire Resettlement Support Service, providing culturally and linguistically tailored support to refugee households resettling in Hampshire under the UK Government Resettlement Programme. You’ll lead and develop a team of Resettlement Advisers through effective supervision, mentoring, and professional support, while also delivering direct advice and practical help to households with complex or high-priority needs in areas such as housing, benefits, immigration, and integration. Acting as a key link between frontline delivery and the Justice Programme Manager, you’ll ensure quality, compliance, and accurate reporting. You’ll also build strong partnerships with IRC UK and local voluntary and community organisations to promote successful integration, contribute to strategic development and advocacy work, and support the delivery of group sessions on life in the UK both virtually and in person.
We will accept applications from those wishing to work part time with hours ranging from 30 to 37 hours per week.
