About Us: Join our Help to Claim team and be part of a dynamic organisation committed to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals seeking support. We provide advice, information, and digital assistance through National phone and web chat channels, with a focus on helping clients navigate the complexities of Universal Credit.

Responsibilities: Assessing clients' eligibility for Universal Credit and determining its suitability for their needs. Providing comprehensive advice, information, and digital support to guide clients through the application process. Ensuring clients receive the necessary help and support until their first correct payment is received.

Qualifications and Experience: This role is open to individuals at all levels of experience. We encourage applications from candidates with: Existing knowledge of benefits and Universal Credit, looking to build upon their expertise. Excellent customer service skills, even if with limited prior benefits knowledge. Good IT skills and ability to interpret complex information

Training and Support: Full training will be provided to all successful candidates, with ongoing support to ensure your success in the role.
