We are looking for a caseworker to join our Welfare Benefit Team at Citizens Advice North Nottinghamshire. The team does incredible work, determining if people are eligible for benefits, applying, challenging and appealing decisions. In these difficult times, the role has never been more important, nor had the potential for such a positive and essential impact upon people’s lives. We would be delighted to receive applications from people with or without a welfare benefit background. More important is your experience of customer service, and an ability to deal empathetically and professionally with clients.
