Response to Ofgem consultation on reviewing the impact of COVID on the price cap [ 230 kb]

Ofgem was consulting on whether it needed to revise the energy price cap to account for cost changes caused by the pandemic, principally in relation to bad debt. We highlighted that its proposals were currently unquantified, but suggested that if it does have evidence to support the need for change then the approach it was proposing appeared sensible.
