How to complain about the service you received at a post office
Post offices offer a range of services. These include postal products and services, as well as other services such as currency exchange, financial products and passport checks.
This page explains how you can complain if you’re not happy with the service you received at a post office.
What is your complaint about?
It's always best to try and sort the problem out informally first. However, if you can't, you can complain to Post Office Ltd Customer Care about problems such as:
- staff giving you misleading or incorrect advice about your post
- non-postal services, such as the Parcelforce courier service, financial products or the passport ‘check and send’ service
- how a member of post office staff behaved.
If your complaint is about a Royal Mail product or service, complain to Royal Mail.
