There is a website in Wales with easy-to-read information about your health. It's been written specially for people with learning disabilities. It tells you about things like visiting your doctor or complaining about the care you get. It also tells you about lots of illnesses and where to get help.

There is a helpline to support you if you need a bit of extra help with the information on the website.
You can call the helpline with any questions you have about where to find the information you need or if you get stuck finding your way around.

The helpline is open between 10am-6pm Monday to Friday, and 10am to 4pm on weekends and bank holidays. You can speak in English or Welsh.
