To manage the growth, development and operation of our “Community Help and Information Points” (CHIPs) across Cherwell and West Northants. This includes face to face locations across our area, but also virtual contact points such as via our virtual waiting room, telephone and social media contact or via chat-bot conversations.

Essential Criteria: You don’t need specific qualifications but you must -have strong IT skills, able to co-develop new digital tools and pathways -have experience of project planning & management experience of project evaluation

-be friendly and approachable be non-judgemental and respect views, values and cultures that are different to your own -have good listening skills

-have excellent verbal and written communication skills -have excellent IT skills

-training will be given to use our systems be able to understand information and explain it to others

-be willing to learn about and follow the Citizens Advice aims, principles and policies, including confidentiality and data protection

-be willing to undertake training in your role.

Desirable Criteria: Previous experience in a client-focused sector Knowledge of any advice topic, such as Welfare benefits, Debt, Housing etc.
