About our advice service

Please call Citizens Advice Runnymede and Spelthorne on 0808 250 5706 if you need a Food Bank Referral. A Drop-In Outreach Service is also available at this Food Bank with no appointment or referral necessary. A Citizens Advice Adviser is available at Chertsey Food Bank 10am - 12pm on the following dates: 15th May 2024, 5th and 19th June, 3rd and 24th July 2024. We offer a 15 minute face to face appointment to provide initial, exploratory advice and if further advice is needed, a telephone appointment can be arranged. Please note, we do not fill in forms such as PIP at Outreach sessions.
