Coronavirus - how to get advice

We've stopped giving face to face advice.

You can get advice:

People come to us with all sorts of issues. You may have money, benefit, housing or employment problems. You may be facing  a crisis, or just considering your options.

We value diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination wherever we see it.

We are an independent local charity that provides free, impartial, confidential advice to people living within the Tendring District.

Help to Claim Universal Credit
We can help you make a new claim for Universal Credit. You can get advice online or call us on 0800 144 8 444 (8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday).
