Citizens Advice consumer service - Transition project

Background

Until March 31st 2017 when the contract ended, the consumer service in England and Wales was delivered by a commercial partner called Agilisys.

We started to transition the delivery of the service to 8 new local Citizens Advice delivery partners at the beginning of the year. 

The consumer service is a GB-wide provision delivered in conjunction with Citizens Advice Scotland (who in turn have the service delivered by Citizens Advice Direct). The service in Scotland was not included in the scope of this project.
