Chief Operating Officer

Are you passionate about helping us to build an advice service ready for the future?

We're looking for an experienced and people-focused senior leader to be our second-in-command to help us through our next stage of development. You'll work closely with our Chief Officer, trustees and leadership team.

You’ll lead our day-to-day operations, oversee service delivery, people, transformation and corporate services.

We’re looking for someone who can help us adapt while keeping people, quality and our purpose at the heart of what we do. You’ll be collaborative, approachable and committed to creating an inclusive organisation where staff and volunteers can do their best work.
