Debt and housing adviser/caseworker

We’re looking for an adviser experienced in debt and housing, with an interest in upskilling as a caseworker or an existing caseworker.

This role is focused on providing advice and casework to clients who are at risk of, or who are being threatened with homelessness to resolve critical housing or homelessness issues.

The successful candidate will be confident working one to one with an allocated number of clients (caseload) over the phone and in person. You’ll join an existing team to advise on a range of advice issues including housing, income maximisation, money and debt.

We use AI tools to assist our staff with their case notes so you must be comfortable working with online applications and technology.
