Advice Supervisor

Citizens Advice Camden is a respected local charity with over 85 years’ experience providing free, independent and confidential advice to those who need it most. We focus on supporting the most disadvantaged in our community and adapt our services to meet changing needs.

We’re looking for a Advice Supervisor(s) to help lead our Community Advice service. You’ll supervise and support advisers, assessors and volunteers to deliver high-quality advice across multiple channels, including face-to-face, telephone, video and digital. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring the team, checking the quality of advice, identifying training needs and ensuring service targets and quality standards are met. The role also includes contributing directly to advice delivery to help maintain service standards.

You should have at least two years’ experience delivering generalist advice and casework and a strong understanding of quality assurance. Supervisory experience is desirable, but we may offer this as a development opportunity to an experienced adviser ready to take the next step.
