North & West Gloucestershire Citizens Advice is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Grants Project Team and make a real difference to people in our local community.

Trainee and Qualified Opportunities Available

The Role
As part of our Grants Project Team, you will play an important role in helping people access the advice and support they need.
You will manage referrals from the Gloucestershire County Council Crisis Resilience Fund, supporting clients who may be experiencing challenging circumstances. You will work with clients to understand their individual needs, help them access the most appropriate advice and support, and provide a holistic casework service aimed at addressing the issues affecting their lives.
