Am y rôl

The primary purpose of this role is to provide dedicated administrative support and ensure that systems for client appointments, records, and monitoring are accurate and efficient. This is a practical, office-based role requiring attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Assist the senior management team with tasks like setting up meetings, processing referrals, and dealing with contractors/procurement.

Data Processing and Maintenance (Approx. 40%): Systematically collect and collate information related to clients from various sources (IT systems, emails, manual records). Accurately record and maintain client data in CA1066 IT systems, produce necessary statistical reports, and assist advisers and managers with data access and processing.

Other Responsibilities (Approx. 10%): Abide by health and safety guidelines, promote the integrity of the organisation, and carry out other administrative and support duties as required, including attending occasional home visits.

UK driving license essential, and access to a vehicle preferred.
