Outreach Officer (x2 Fixed-Term roles)

Citizens Advice Sandwell & Walsall are looking for two Outreach Officers to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to increase our visibility, reach and impact across Sandwell and Walsall by developing and delivering engaging community outreach activities that connect people with the support they need.

Working closely with local communities, partners and stakeholders, you’ll help plan events and campaigns, strengthen our digital presence through social media, and support our Research and Campaigns work. By building relationships and listening to community voices, you’ll help raise awareness, influence positive change and ensure our services remain accessible, inclusive and responsive to local needs.
