Am y rôl
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality support to people facing some of life’s most challenging circumstances.
You will be a strong team player with excellent attention to detail, outstanding interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a busy and demanding environment. A positive, proactive approach and a genuine commitment to helping others are essential.
About the Role
You will provide high-quality money and debt advice and casework to clients, supporting them with a wide range of financial issues including emergencies, Breathing Space, repayment arrangements, debt solutions, budgeting, income maximisation and access to welfare benefits and other financial assistance. You will use sensitive listening and effective questioning to understand clients’ circumstances, explore their options and empower them to make informed decisions and take action on their own behalf. The role will involve liaising with creditors and other third parties, maintaining accurate and timely case records, and ensuring all advice meets Citizens Advice, Money and Pensions Service (MaPS), contractual and quality standards. You will also contribute to research and campaigns, support volunteers and colleagues, promote best practice, and play an active role in the ongoing development and delivery of the service.
