Am y rôl
This exciting role is in the Supported Advice Service Team and is based in our Bury St Edmunds office. Please note that from time to time, you may need to work from one of our other West Suffolk offices. We are looking for a keen and enthusiastic person to work as part of a team supporting clients who have poor mental health. The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
You will provide advice and casework to clients primarily on benefits, debt, housing, and employment with the aim of improving their mental health and wellbeing. Clients will be referred into the service by our partners including doctors’ surgeries, Havebury Housing, and the Steam Café. Clients can be referred to other specialists within Citizens Advice West Suffolk and to external organisations for additional support.
You will help to administer our evaluation processes (training provided); and to contact our clients to complete short surveys and to record their feedback on our service.
