Am y rôl

We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team, who has recent experience of advising clients in a Citizens Advice environment. This is a frontline role supporting people across East Hertfordshire who need help navigating life’s challenges. You will provide information and advice in-person at community venues and by telephone and digital channels where appropriate for the client’s needs. You will handle enquiries ranging from quick information requests to more detailed advice needs in all generalist areas.

When appropriate, you will book clients into appointments, provide follow-up actions, or refer them to internal specialist advisers or external agencies.

Salary: £29,690 - £30,186 FTE (depending on experience)

Hours: 30 hours per week Monday to Thursday (flexible, job shares considered)

Contract: Initially, Fixed Term 12 months (extension possible)

Work Pattern: Hybrid working, subject to operational requirements and business need. Working will be split between home and any of our offices, Contact Centres and community venues throughout East Hertfordshire.

Travel: Full driving licence and own car essential (55p per mile and parking reimbursed)
