Family Law Clinic Legal Adviser

This role aims to provide a service to people who would otherwise be denied access to legal advice. The purpose of this role is to support the Legal Services Manager to fulfil the purpose of the Family Law Clinic by undertaking legal research and providing legal advice and casework on family law matters to litigants in person across Devon.

The successful applicant will be based in the Newton Abbot office or can be home based after a successful induction period. Occasionally, work at other locations may be required.

In view of the specialist nature of the role, the successful candidate must be in possession of a qualifying law degree and have experience of providing legal advice - specifically in the area of family law.
