We are seeking dedicated and detail oriented individuals to join our team, playing a crucial role in upholding and enhancing the quality of our advice services. In this pivotal position, you’ll help ensure that high standards are consistently met across the organisation.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring case records and calls (for both staff and volunteers), conducting audits, and supporting continuous service improvement. A key part of your role will be reviewing and standardising CASW case notes, offering clear and constructive feedback to advisers to foster growth and learning.
