Generalist Advice Session Supervisor

We’re recruiting for a Generalist Advice Session Supervisor to work in our Head Office in Earl’s Court, and in our drop-ins and outreaches across the borough.

Kensington & Chelsea is a diverse borough, and residents have a range of problems and challenges. This makes our supervisor role an exciting and rewarding experience.

As a Generalist Advice Supervisor, you will provide excellent on-the-day generalist advice supervision across our services.

You could have experience in supervision or be an experienced generalist adviser looking for their next move.

This role is perfect for a candidate who wants to deliver an immediate impact in their work and is enthusiastic about bringing people along with them by maintaining a consistently high quality of advice for clients by providing support, guidance and feedback on a day-to-day basis.
