Am y rôl
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Advice Session Supervisor aspiring to a senior management role or a proficient Advice Services Manager (ASM) to join our senior management team in Three Rivers.
This is a job share opportunity for 2 days a week (16 hours) working with an experienced ASM. Together you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of our advice delivery service and associated projects. You will be an inspiring leader who enjoys creating an atmosphere where people can thrive and work together to deliver a quality service that mirrors the twin aims of our national service. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate the following essential requirements in addition to, ideally, having some experience of the QAA process.
1. Minimum of two years’ experience of advice delivery.
2. Minimum of a years’ experience of advice supervision in a Citizens Advice setting.
3. Experience of people management and supervision.
4. Ability to prioritise effectively.
5. Ability to communicate effectively, conduct research and analyse and interpret complex information to produce and present reports clearly.
6. Demonstrable understanding of the issues involved in interviewing clients and an up-to-date understanding of equity, diversity and inclusion.
7. Ability to monitor, maintain and report on service delivery against agreed targets.
8. Ability to use numerical and IT skills to provide support and maintain operational and case management systems.
