Universal Credit Help to Claim Adviser

We currently have a vacancy for a Help to Claim Adviser.

Advisers help people apply for Universal Credit and give advice up until the first correct payment is received.

You will need to have current or recent experience of working on our Help to Claim service. You may currently be working in this role at another Citizens Advice and wish to increase your working hours.

We are looking for staff who are committed to the aims and principles of the Citizens Advice service and who strive for excellence in delivering a high-quality service to our clients.

This role is home-based and we would welcome applicants from those who are comfortable with working with others remotely, including the use of video conferencing, email and phone.
