Am y rôl

We are currently looking to recruit a full time outreach debt caseworker to join our money advice team.

You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive debt management advice service to clients at York Citizens Advice. This includes a full caseload.

You will be responsible to the Debt Team Manager and will contribute to relevant reports to Citizens Advice and any other relevant funders.

Essential Requirement Applicants must have a minimum of 12 months' recent experience in providing debt advice.

Desirable Requirement It is desirable for applicants to be accredited as a Debt Relief Order Intermediary.
