Debt Caseworker

We are seeking an Accredited Debt Casework specialist

The successful candidate will provide high-quality, specialist debt advice and casework to clients, primarily receiving referrals from Foodbanks. The postholder will manage a caseload and support clients through all stages of debt resolution, including creditor negotiation, financial statement preparation, and formal debt solutions.

The role is high-pressured and target-driven, requiring excellent time management, resilience, and the ability to deliver outcomes efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

As a caseworker, you'll be working with clients face-to-face in our Cirencester office or sometimes in Foodbank outlets, or other appropriate settings, in the Tetbury, Cirencester or North Cotswold area.

We may consider a Trainee Debt Advice Caseworker who has knowledge of the advice areas and money advice issues and has experience of giving advice.
