We offer a drop-in service aimed particularly at people who need extra support to access our Advice Service. Clients must come within the first hour if they have documents that need to be scanned.

We predominantly give advice via telephone and email, however we can arrange face to face appointments at a convenient location for the client in circumstances where we assess that we would be unable to help the client progress matters any other way. We can also make home visits where the same applies.

The quickest way to contact us is to call our local Messageline on 01920 459 944 which is open from midnight Sunday until midnight the following Thursday - an adviser will call back usually within 24 hours.
