Following a successful judicial review of the approach it had originally taken, Ofgem consulted on how it should reassess how much money energy suppliers should have been allowed to recover from consumers during the first three months of the energy price cap. Its conclusions could result in an adjustment in the level of the price cap in a later period. This is our response to that consultation.
