More information about our service
Our current waiting time for face to face Benefit appointments is around 4 weeks and telephone Benefit appointments is around 2 weeks.
Please note that Attendance Allowance, Child Disability Living Allowance, Personal Independence Payment and Universal Credit 50 forms cannot be completed at a drop-in and require a two hour appointment. Other types of forms are dependent on the form itself and how busy the office is. You may be asked to attend an appointment on another day.
