About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our expanding team.

This role leads on the coordination and promotion of our Energy Advice service and other projects, ensuring it is accessible, well-organised and reaching the people who need it most. As the public-facing lead for the project, you will drive community engagement and outreach across North East Derbyshire and Bolsover, building relationships with local partners and raising awareness of the support available. Alongside this, you will coordinate the day-to-day delivery of the service, supporting volunteers, managing key processes and ensuring a positive experience for

clients.

This is a varied role requiring strong organisational skills, confidence working with people, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will work independently while contributing to a supportive team, playing a key role in the continued development and growth of the service.

Citizens Advice North East Derbyshire is committed to diversity and inclusion, promotes equality and challenges discrimination. We encourage and welcome applications from people of all backgrounds. Applicants who identify as disabled and who satisfy the shortlisting criteria will automatically be offered an interview.
