About the role
We are looking for two additional people to join our existing Universal Credit Support - Help to Claim team. The service includes the provision of advice, information and digital support via telephone and digital channels, aimed at helping claimants through to the first payment of Universal Credit.
You will need to be proficient in IT with effective communication skills. Experience and knowledge of the welfare benefits system and Universal Credit is essential due to the short duration of the contract.
