Advice Session Supervisor/Trainee Supervisor

As an Advice Session Supervisor (or Trainee Supervisor) at Citizens Advice Bucks, based at our Buckingham office, you will play a vital role in supporting our advice service across Buckinghamshire. You’ll supervise advice sessions, guide and develop volunteers and staff, and ensure high standards in the delivery of advice across all channels.

This role requires a blend of people management, quality assurance, and service improvement, with a focus on ensuring every client receives effective, accurate, and empathetic support. You will work collaboratively to refine processes, implement best practices, and help create a positive, inclusive environment.
