Team Leader Frontline Services

We’re looking for a flexible and compassionate Team Leader to join our team, working across our Adviceline/ digital services and our community outreach venues. You will be working alongside the Delivery Manager to ensure excellent service, effective team performance and maintain service delivery and quality standards across all Frontline Advice Services.

This role plays a vital part in helping people across Greater Manchester access timely, quality advice, whether face-to-face in local venues or over the phone through our Adviceline system.

The successful candidate should have experience of being a Team Leader or a similar position and able to demonstrate effective management of a team across frontline services
