Join us as a Data & Insights Officer and play a rewarding, vital role in shaping how Citizens Advice Sandwell & Walsall uses data to drive real impact. You will lead on the coordination, analysis, and reporting of data across our advice services, corporate functions, and funded projects, ensuring systems are accurate, compliant, and aligned with national standards. By transforming operational data into clear, meaningful insights, you’ll help inform strategic decisions, improve service delivery, and strengthen our ability to secure funding, ultimately enhancing the support we provide to our communities.
