About the role

We’re looking for an experienced leader to join us on a 12-month FTC (with potential to extend), working across both Citizens Advice South West Surrey (CASWS) and Citizens Advice Runnymede and Spelthorne (CARS).

This is a unique opportunity to lead and strengthen advice services across two local Citizens Advice organisations, ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality support to people facing complex challenges. You will lead improvements where service performance or advice quality falls below expected standards. You will support managers to develop their teams and deliver excellent client services. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our services remain effective, resilient and responsive to client needs during an important period of organisational development.

We’re looking for someone who comfortable working in a complex operational environment and is a strong communicator who can build relationships and inspire teams.

Experience in advice services, public services or the voluntary sector would be beneficial, but most important is your ability to lead people, support improvement and deliver high-quality services.
