Citizens Advice 1066 is looking for a Data, Insight and Management Information Officer to lead on performance reporting, data quality and service intelligence within our Crisis Payments Service.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data and using insight to improve services. You'll produce reports, analyse trends, develop dashboards and help ensure that vital support reaches the people who need it most.

What you'll be doing

• Producing management information and performance reports

• Maintaining and validating service data

• Developing dashboards and reporting tools

• Analysing trends, outcomes and service demand

• Supporting quality assurance and fraud prevention activity

• Presenting insights to managers, partners and commissioners

• Supporting operational delivery during periods of high demand

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience producing management information and performance reports

• Has strong Excel and data analysis skills

• Can interpret complex information and communicate findings clearly

• Understands GDPR and information governance requirements

• Has excellent attention to detail

• Can identify trends, risks and opportunities from data

Experience with Power BI, public sector reporting or advice sector services would be advantageous.
