About the role
Are you passionate about empowering families to improve their situations and achieve their goals? We’re recruiting four Outreach Advisers to join an exciting new project in Darlington.
This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to make a lasting difference to families by providing high-quality advice and support, helping people move towards stability, hope and freedom.
We want people who are passionate about giving an effective advice service in the community to local residents.
You will have experience providing generalist advice across a range of enquiry areas and building effective relationships within communities and local organisations. You’ll help promote and develop this new service, contributing to its long-term success.
What you’ll need:
Empathy, compassion and a commitment to making a difference
Strong written, verbal and numeracy skills
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
The ability to communicate clearly and manage competing priorities
Experience providing generalist advice
Confidence working with vulnerable clients and community partners
We’ll provide extensive training and development to help you deliver first-class advice that really matters.
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
