This is an exciting opportunity to join Citizens Advice South Hams’ supervisory team and play a key part in the provision of advice to residents of South Hams and beyond. Working as part of a flexible team, the successful candidate will manage the daily advice sessions across multiple channels and locations, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed to the service, provided with timely and accurate advice, and are empowered to resolve the issues they are facing. Good use of IT is essential, as are excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of current welfare issues facing our clients. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
