About the role
Help to Claim Adviser
Salary: £26,949 per annum, pro-rata.
Hours: Full and part-time roles available.
Location: Home-based with a Hinckley office base and some required travel.
Contract: Fixed-term until 31st March 2026.

About the role
Join our DWP-funded Help to Claim service, supporting people making a new Universal Credit claim. Working from home via phone and webchat, you will guide clients through their first application, from start to first payment. You will provide accurate information, assist with benefit calculations, and ensure a smooth, high-quality journey.
What you’ll bring
You are a tech-savvy adviser who explains complex information simply and is confident with numbers. Knowledge of the welfare benefits system, especially Universal Credit, is required. You take initiative, solve problems, and are a great team player. A commitment to learning and making a difference is more important than previous experience.
